Very Important — What Does “100% of Your Capital” Mean?

If you invest in only one cryptocurrency, that asset represents 100% of your investment capital.

If you invest in multiple cryptocurrencies, your capital becomes divided into separate allocations.

Example 1

I have 100 USD.

I invest only in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin represents 100% of my investment capital.

Example 2

I have 100 USD.

I invest in 3 cryptocurrencies.

I divide my capital into:

In this case:

60% equals 100% of the capital allocated to the first asset,
20% equals 100% of the capital allocated to the second asset,
20% equals 100% of the capital allocated to the third asset.

Current Ethereum Price Range

1400 USD — 4740 USD

I bought Ethereum using:

5% of the capital allocated to this cryptocurrency at the price of 2066 USD
another 5% of the capital allocated to this cryptocurrency at the price of 2400 USD

This means that currently I have used 10% of the total capital allocated specifically for Ethereum.

Future Buy Plan

If the price drops further, I plan to buy Ethereum again at:

1720 USD

At that level, I intend to use:

30% of the initial capital allocated to Ethereum

This strategy is based on gradual accumulation during weaker market conditions while maintaining strict capital management.
