Very Important — What Does “100% of Your Capital” Mean?
If you invest in only one cryptocurrency, that single asset represents 100% of your investment capital.
If you invest in multiple cryptocurrencies, your capital becomes divided into allocations.
Example 1
I have 100 USD.
I invest only in Bitcoin.
Bitcoin represents 100% of my investment capital.
Example 2
I have 100 USD.
I invest in 3 cryptocurrencies.
I divide my capital into:
- 60%
- 20%
- 20%
In this case:
- 60% equals 100% of the capital allocated to the first asset,
- 20% equals 100% of the capital allocated to the second asset,
- 20% equals 100% of the capital allocated to the third asset.
II. My Trading System

Current LINEA Price Range:
0.0032 USD — 0.0067 USD
I bought LINEA using 20% of the capital allocated specifically to this cryptocurrency at the price of 0.00326 USD.
At the moment, I have already used 100% of the capital currently assigned to LINEA.
However, because the price remains extremely low, I have a plan:
- If the price reaches 0.00295 USD,
I will increase my investment using fresh capital from my future monthly cryptocurrency contributions and purchase an additional 20% allocation for LINEA.
If the price falls below 0.00295 USD, I will need to update the system and establish a completely new trading range.
Current Trading Range
0.0032 — 0.0067 USD
Possible Updated Trading Range
0.00295 — 0.0067 USD
For now, we wait and observe how the market reacts.
